Ed, the global reinsurance, wholesale and specialty broker, today announces the appointment of Niraj Perera as Head of Transactional Risk in its professional and executive risk team.
Niraj will focus on providing bespoke insurance solutions in M&A transactions including warranty & indemnity, tax liability and contingent liability. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry with a particular recent focus on M&A insurance, advising on multiple transactions globally. He joins from Arthur J. Gallagher and has held previous roles at Willis and Marsh.
